THREE goals from Scott An­sher kept alive Brady Mac­cabi A’s dou­ble hopes as they beat Glen­thorne United A 4-2 in the semi-fi­nals of the Henry Sw­erner Cup.

Mark Her­man sealed the win from the penalty spot. Brady will meet hold­ers EDRS Stone­grove in the fi­nal af­ter Mark Kingston’s five­goal blitz steered them to a 5-3 suc­cess over South Man­cu­ni­ans.

Nick Ro­man (2) and Gavin Ja­cobs net­ted for Mancs.

A hat-trick from Marc Mor­ris helped Lon­don Mac­cabi Li­ons B wrap up the Di­vi­sion Two ti­tle af­ter they over­came Pel City 4-2. Stu­art Coutts fin­ished the job. Gareth Gan­ley and a 30-yard strike from Spencer Brookner helped Pel give the score­line a sense of re­spectabil­ity.

The Clay­hall derby ended with hon­ours even af­ter a 2-2 draw, Leon Pernikis and Eliot Mullish scor­ing for the Bs.

Brady C dented Tem­ple For­tune’s hopes of a run­ners-up spot with a 43 win cour­tesy of goals from Bradley Free­man, Gary Field, Sammi Bazini and David Tay­lor.
