Danny Berliner: An excellent first season rewarded with representative honours. Immaculate technique with really good handling. His own harshest critic, he is known for acrobatics but is guilty of some wayward distribution. Father Martin wins supporter of the year.
Alex Rosenthal: Took time to settle, but the last three months has seen some exceptional performances from the big centre back. He is relishing the pressure and enjoys a physical challenge. Signed from Hillgar last season.
Benjy Wreschner (captain): Skippered the team during the glory years of the past three seasons. Approaching veteran status now but has his eye on one last big game out.
Paul Bentley: Widely regarded as the complete defender. Fast, aggressive and with outstanding positional sense. Scores vital goals too.
Martin Smulovitch: Hendon’s longest-serving player. Converted successfully from winger to full back and loves getting forward. Scored the crucial second goal in the title decider against Neasden last season.
Josh Lipman: Representative honours have been richly deserved. Arguably one of the best midfielders in the league on his day. Has endless stamina and at the end of a game is ready for the next one.
Motty Korman: A tricky winger who combines skill with work rate. Looking forward to the wide open spaces of Wingate. Enjoys the largest family fan base in the squad.
Greg Corin: Close season signing from Neasden and has been one of the stars of the cup run. Clever on the ball, hard working off it and plenty of goals too. One to watch in the final.
Ari Last: A midfielder who loves to play. Composed, calm and stylish. Can pick a pass with ease and has a stunning right foot shot too. Another player who will thrive in the atmosphere of a final.
Josh Bentley: Last season’s JC MSFL player of the year. Has taken time to find his form but the past three months have seen him back to his best. Influential, strong and excellent in the air. Two goals for the rep team against the Turks has capped an excellent season.
Saul Conway: Top-scorer and has fitted in well following his move from Oakwood. Only an injury in the earlier round against Chigwell has stopped his run of goals. Back now to his very best and relishing the opportunity to perform on the big stage.
