THE CPS PRESSES NET ‘RACISM’ CHARGES
The CPS is prosecuting a case of alleged inflammatory internet material.
Simon Sheppard, from Hull, has been charged with eight offences, including one involving “Tales of the Holohoax” that the prosecution alleges was intended to stir up hatred of Jewish people, as well as other allegedly racially inflammatory material, some of which was directed at Jews. Mr Sheppard and another man, Stephen Whittle, have also been charged jointly with publishing inflammatory material on the net which at least in part are directed towards Jews. The case is due to be tried on June 2 at Hull Crown Court.
