NORTH Lon­don Raiders main­tained their three-point lead at the top of Divi­sion One af­ter thump­ing for­mer win­ners Lon­don Mac­cabi Lions A 9-1. Ashley David­son (3), Richard Sacks (3), Dean Schul­berg, Amir Wa­gen­stein and Neville Roach did the dam­age. Andy Miller claimed Lions’ con­so­la­tion.

David­son said: “Things are go­ing well but we mustn’t get car­ried away.”

Glen­thorne United A ham­mered EDRS Stone­grove 7-1 cour­tesy of Ja­son Levy (3), Adam Len­nard (2) and Greg Mor­ris (2). Ja­cob Namer scored EDRS’s con­so­la­tion from the spot.

South Mancs tri­umphed 4-1 over Faith­fold with Eric El­baz, Jon Co­hen, David Hy­man and Mark Pow­ell scor­ing for Mancs, Adam Lustig­man pro­vid­ing Faith­fold’s soli­tary re­sponse.

Divi­sion Two leaders Norstar claimed their fourth straight win with a 4-1 succss over Ashlodge. David Ja­cobs (2), Greg Brad­man and David Jack­son net­ted for Norstar. Jonny Lauf­fer scored for Ashlodge.

Brian Deal, Matthew Noble and Michael Kush­ner gave Clay­hall A victory over Lon­don Mac­cabi Lions B.

Tem­ple For­tune B staged the come­back of the week as Robert Botkai (2), Steven Lewis and James Ryan helped them come from four down to draw 4-4 against Glen­thorne United B. Malcolm Mor­ris, Gary Sw­erner, Danny Seller and an own goal ac­counted for Glen­thorne’s goals. For­tune’s David Gold­berg said: “It was a bril­liant re­cov­ery.”
