Succah in the City

LEGAL FIRM Berwin Leighton Paisner hosted the UJIA business division’s “Succah in the City” on the first working day after the festival.

The networking breakfast was addressed by Gary Shainberg, global technology and innovation vice-president of the BT Group, who also sits on the Israel Britain Business Council.

He discussed the link between innovation and philanthropy, pointing out that if innovation is applied to business, efficiency and revenue is increased, placing people in a better position to back charitable causes.

UJIA business division manager Zac Gazit said: “Luckily the rain held off, meaning we were able to enjoy the event in an impressive succah overlooking London Bridge.”
