FOOT­BALL LON­DON MAC­CABI Lions B crashed out of the Lon­don Sun­day FA Cup at the third round stage af­ter they were ham­mered 5-1 by Lord Stan­ley. Sam Rosen­thal claimed a con­so­la­tion.

Af­ter a num­ber of late dropouts, which led to sev­eral ‘C’ team play­ers be­ing drafted in, the Lions were left hav­ing to use man­ager Gavin Stol­lar, their sole player on the bench, as a sec­ond-half sub­sti­tute af­ter Raanan Firmin went off in­jured.

Hat-tricks from Jake Masteran and Ed­die Lewin, along with one from Paul Franklin helped Divi­sion Four high-fly­ers Real Life thump AC Crick­le­wood 7-3 in the first round of the JC Cyril Anek­stein Cup.

Cat­ford & Brom­ley Mac­cabi needed penal­ties to beat min­nows Bliz­zard Storm. The teams were locked at 3-3 af­ter 120 min­utes. Joel Isaacs (2) and Craig Ed­wards net­ted for the Cats. Joe Stoller­man (2) was among the scor­ers for Bliz­zard. The Cats won the shootout 4-2 with Matty Burchell, Adam Lewis, Isaacs and Ed­wards con­vert­ing from the spot.

Neil Tilley (2) and Mark Con­way helped Chig­well Ath­letic up­set first divi­sion strug­glers Brix­ton Old Boys 3-2. Keeper Neil Law­son booked their place in the next round with his sec­ond con­sec­u­tive penalty save.

Wood­ford had two play­ers sent off but still proved too strong for Faith­fold C. Jerome Marks (2), Dar­ren Ezekiel and Mac­cabiah star Mitch Hahn were on tar­get in a 4-2 win. Adam Poole and Mark Burgess were sent off.

Goals from An­thony Isaacs and Marc Benezra could not stop FC Heath from go­ing down 3-2 against Hen­don United D.

JJ Mar­rache bagged a brace as FC Maryle­bone beat FC Team B 2-0.

Raphael Noe and Adam Hersh booked Hen­don United C’s place in round two at the ex­pense of Divi­sion Three ti­tle ri­vals Mon­tana Boca United B. Mark Si­mons replied.

Holy Mount Zion by­passed Jewven­tus 3-1 cour­tesy of strikes from Louis Florentin-Lee (2) and Guri Singer. Louis Tay­lor replied.

Mon­tana Boca United A proved too strong for Rapid Banta, run­ning out 4-2 vic­tors. Ste­fan Si­mons and Jeff Gross net­ted for Banta.

Jamie Wolf­son (2), Ja­cob Gold (2) and Adam Posner eased North Lon­don Raiders A to a 5-0 de­mo­li­tion of Glen­thorne United B. Keeper Danny Caro en­sured a clean sheet with a fine penalty save.

Ian Tussie and Matt Geey helped Oak­wood over­come Cam­den Park 2-1.

Divi­sion One leaders South­gate Har­men A ham­mered league new boys Ath­letic Bil­baum 9-0. Lloyd Becker (3), Alex Bourne (2), Jonathan Hir­sh­ler, Ori Kobi, Ben Forman were among the scor­ers.

Gideon Gold (2), Ste­fan Ben­fredj and Sacha Ben­fredj earned Red Sea a 4-2 victory at South­gate Har­men B.

Jon Isaacs (2) and Matt Rad­stone helped UJIA sur­prise L’Equipe 3-2.

An 88th minute strike from Max Kyte gave Lon­don Mac­cabi Lions C a 2-1 win over UJS Norstar B. Ian Hart­stone grabbed the other.

Mitch Young (2), Matt Drage and Dar­ren Freed earned FC Team A a 4-1 victory at Zig Zag. Brett Levene replied.

Amit Di­nowitz and Adam Gishen swapped goals as Bafana Bafana drew with Hen­don United B in the JC MSFL Premier Divi­sion.

Two from Daryl Phillips and one apiece from player-man­ager Zuriel Solomon and Matty Klein­man earned Faith­fold A a 4-3 win over Hen­don United A. Ari Last (2) and Josh Lip­man replied.

Lee Cash (2), Daniel Cole, Daniel Leven­fiche, TJ Keter­man and cap­tain Jonny El­lis eased de­fend­ing cham­pi­ons North West Neas­den A to a 6-3 demo- lition of South Manx A. El­liot Stern (2) and Rob Her­shkorn replied.

Josh Mor­ris, su­per­sub Ben Joseph and Mike Pear­son earned Lon­don Mac­cabi Lions A victory over Red­bridge Jewish Care A by three goals to one. Daran Bern net­ted for RJC.

Scott McKen­zie, Daniel Orgel and Richie Caplin earned Red­bridge Jewish Care B a 3-1 victory over Brady Mac­cabi in Divi­sion One. They fin­ished with 10 men af­ter Richard Kano­lik was sent off. Rob Lerner net­ted for Brady.

Team JLGB thrashed HMH 11-0 in Divi­sion Four. Neil Lux and Joe Cal­lum bagged four apiece. Paul Rich (2) and Justin Freed­man com­pleted the rout.
