LOVE STORY NATASHA GRUNBERG AND JONATHAN STOLLER

The Jewish Chronicle - - Community -

RAISED in Hampstead Garden Suburb, Natasha, 25, studied philosophy at Birmingham University. She currently works in events for Weizmann UK, supporting the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel.

Twenty-eight-year old Jonathan grew up in Pinner, studied maths at Oxford University, and works as an investment adviser for actuarial firm Towers Watson.

The couple both enjoy travelling. Jonathan: “I love travelling and always seem to be flying somewhere exotic whenever I take some time off work. Our latest adventure was to Argentina and Brazil in December, where we hiked glaciers in Patagonia and danced to the Samba beat in Rio.

“I am also a big sports fan – I avidly support Watford, through thick and mostly thin, while following most other sports too. Can’t wait for the Olympics next year!”

Natasha: “In-between day dreaming about the latest fashion collections and watching

you’ll find me de-stressing at a Bikram yoga class. I enjoy the theatre and anything that’s playing at the National is a must-see in my eyes.

“Along with Jonny I love seeing the world and am intrigued to find out what and where he’s planned for our honeymoon. Considering how amazing the trip that he planned to Argentina and Brazil was, I bet it will be something really special.”

The couple are marrying in Israel in March and plan to set up home in east Finchley

How we met Natasha: “It was on a blind date set up by my flatmate at the time. I had been complaining that I’d had enough of the dating scene and had decided to go on holiday for two weeks and that I would be taking a break from meeting men after the holiday.

But my flatmate convinced me to meet with Jonny and the rest, as they say, is history.

Jonathan: “My flatmate and Natasha’s flatmate had been talking, and thought the two of us should meet for a drink. We had a pleasant evening and I thought it wouldn’t do much harm to ask Natasha out for a second date, and the sparks started to fly since then.

Natasha and Jonathan: The wedding, like the proposal, is to be in Israel
