NEW York Jewish deli Zabars has found itself at the centre of a controversy. It has, for 15 years, been selling a lobster salad that turns out to be lacking in one crucial ingredient — lobster. Saul Zabar, president and co-owner of Zabars, was unrepentant, but has offered to change the name of the salad. Quite what a Jewish deli is doing selling lobster salad is a mystery.
