Among the many com­mem­o­ra­tive pieces about the Ti­tanic, one that caught my eye in The Times. It was a re­print of an ar­ti­cle from De­cem­ber 23 1910, re­gard­ing first class accommodation on Ti­tanic and its sis­ter-ship. It said “Jews can have Kosher meat if they wish, although first-class pas­sen­gers of this per­sua­sion rarely ex­press any such de­sire”.
