THE ice bucket challenge has become inescapable, invading almost every Facebook, Twitter and Instagram feed in the world.
Now the stunt has spread to shul too, with countless rabbis lining up to have cold water poured over them.
Among the Britishbased rabbonim taking a dunk have been Chabad’s Bentzi Sudak, Belmont United Synagogue’s Elchonon Feldman, and Drugsline’s Aryeh Sufrin.
Those jumping aboard the bucket bandwagon are wellintentioned. The campaign has raised more than £50 million for motor neurone disease charities.
