THREE JEWISH women have been cho­sen to model clothes by top de­sign­ers at a fash­ion show to raise aware­ness of breast can­cer

Amanda Turof­sky, Katie Worth and Jodi Wil­son, all three suf­fer­ers of the dis­ease, will be ap­pear­ing on the cat­walk at the celebrity-stud­ded event.

Ms Turof­sky, 54, from El­stree, said: “I am look­ing for­ward to be­ing made to feel glam­orous for the night.”

Mem­bers of her syn­a­gogue, Radlett United, will be at Lon­don’s Grosvenor House Ho­tel next month to watch her mod­el­ling de­but, along­side Ms Worth, who be­longs to Chig­well and Hain­ault Syn­a­gogue, and Ms Wil­son, of Hen­don, who was di­ag­nosed at the age of 25.

The an­nual event, now in its nine­teeth year, is or­gan­ised by the char­ity Breast Can­cer Care.
