“You won’t see a better 30-minute pe r f o r mance th a n th a t . Sa m Sollosi was simply unstoppable and a constant menace on the ball.

“The Hendon players trying to mark him weren’t able to get close enough to him to kick him. It was a true man-of-thematch performance.

“I’m delighted wee finally managed to unleash the three Sollosi brothers in midfield, with Ben and Nathan heavily involved. They delivered a family master-class.”

Hendon boss David Garbacz conceded: “Redbridge were sharper to every ball and quicker to every tackle, and in that 30-minute period we were totally outplayed.

“Redbridge may well have a team to challenge for the top trophy this year and that can only be good for Jewish football.

“We need to regroup, take a good hard look at ourselves and where we went wrong. We must improve in a number of areas if we are to compete with them and others this year.” SEE MORE PHOTOS
