A record-break­ing 1,350 supporters were at Nor­wood’s an­nual din­ner at Lon­don’s Grosvenor House on Mon­day, rais­ing £3.4 mil­lion for the char­ity. Guest speaker Boris John­son praised the chil­dren and fam­i­lies char­ity for en­sur­ing sup­port for vul­ner­a­ble peo­ple who need help “to live the life they choose”. En­ter­tain­ment in­cluded a four-song set by Bryan Ferry.
