WHEN SANDWICH RAGE STRIKES

The Jewish Chronicle - - COMMENT -

DEBATES can often get heated during Limmud sessions but usually end amicably enough. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of the lunch queue, reports JC journalist Sandy Rashty. One woman objected loudly to being told to queue for a sandwich, while another furiously kicked a bin when she found out her cheese and cucumber sandwich had no cheese in it. But one volunteer wasn’t afraid to get between Jews and their food: “I am going to sort it out, you watch.” Rather them than me.
