Bosz up for Tel Aviv test
FOOTBALL PETER Bosz has set his sights on guiding Maccabi Tel Aviv to a fourth consecutive Ligat Ha’Al title after taking over as manager.
Bosz was introduced to Maccabi fans this week after succeeding Slavisa Jokanovic on an 18-month contract.
Bosz, 52, left Vitesse Arnhem to become the latest boss from overseas to lead the Israeli champions.
He said: “Maccabi approached me several times and having listened to their plans I’ve decided to accept the challenge. I want to help the players improve individually and as a team and take them to a higher level.”
