Five options for Pesach by the sea
Spend Pesach overlooking the Mediterranean at Le Meridien Ra Beach Hotel and Spa, a five-star hotel, on a sandy beach in Costa Daurada, Catalonia, just an hour’s drive south of Barcelona.
Rooms are spacious and modern, most with sea views. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a spa (treatments at additional cost) and children’s playground.
The hotel is being taken over for Pesach for 10 nights, from April 21 to May 1 and the package includes two Sedarim, three meals a day, wine and bar and day-long tea and coffee. Catering is glatt kosher without kitniot.
There is a children’s programme, as well as lectures, performances and optional excursions during chol hamoed (booked locally at additional cost). Flights can be arranged to Barcelona from Luton, Heathrow and many regional airports.

FORTE DEI MARMI, ITALY
The Italian region of Tuscany is known for its lush landscape. Forte dei Marmi, in its northern region, delivers both the countryside and the seafront. The California Park Hotel nestles in a large park and has a spa, outdoor heated swimming pool, nearby tennis courts and 18-hole golf course and a kids’ club. The Passover offering includes lectures, evening entertainment, gourmet cuisine (glatt kosher) and optional guided tours to Pisa, Florence, Genova and Lucca.
