WELL HEALED IN BELGRAVIA

The Jewish Chronicle - - COMMENT -

THE last Lubavitcher Rebbe, Menachem Mendel Schneerson used to say,“Trachtgut, vet zeingut,” “Think good and it will be good”. It comes recommended by the eminent oncologist Mark Glaser, who stressed the power of positive thinking for patients at a book launch for his rabbi on Tuesday.

Rabbi Mendel Kalmenson heads probably London’s most cosmopolitan community, Chabad of Belgravia. His book, ATimetoHeal, dedicated to Dr Glaser, offers the Rebbe’s thoughts on coping with loss and tragedy, drawn from the Rebbe’s talks and replies to some of the 500 daily letters he got.
