YOU know you’ve made it when you are the subject of a question in a TV quiz. A contestant on ITV’s The Chase last week was asked whether Jackie Tabick was the first woman in the UK to be a) Mormon elder b) a rabbi or c) a bishop. (She became Britain’s first female rabbi in 1975).
