COROB HOUSE GETS GOOD REPORT
ANOTHER newlypublished Care Quality Commission report has rated Jewish Care’s Sidney Corob House in West Hampstead as good in all aspects.
The CQC inspectors reported that the home — caring for older people with enduring mental health conditions — was diligently run.
Staff supervision and training was effective and care was planned and delivered in a consistent way.
The nine service users spoken to said they were consulted about their care and their views were taken into account.
Inspectors observed “a genuine interest” from staff in residents’ welfare.” People told us they felt safe and that there were always staff available to support them.”
