We’ve been huge fans of Accessorize since it opened its first store in 1984 in London’s Covent Garden. The eclectic mix of exotic colour, fabric and sparkle is very hard to resist. With a strong focus this season on affordable yet stylish eyewear and an expansion of its beachwear category (think swimwear, kaftans, beach bags galore) the brand has chosen to pare down its usual vibrant look and give customers the option of more subtle and directional pieces of jewellery. British jewellery designer Zara Simon (the daughter of Peter Simon, the founder and owner of Monsoon/Accessorize) has created wear-forever pieces in gold-plated, sterling silver and rose gold. The range features bracelets, necklaces, rings and earrings that are perfect accompaniments to daywear dressing and look great layered up. With prices from as little as £12, you can’t go wrong.
