1 ripe avo­cado juice of ½ lime

4 baby plum toma­toes, diced

½ a red chilli, finely diced ¼ red onion, diced ½ small bunch co­rian­der ¼ tsp sea salt crys­tals

To serve:

Sour cream (op­tional) Co­rian­der leaves, roughly chopped (op­tional)
