Snyder sparkles in five-star win for Dons

-

FOOTBALL A second-half hattrick from Coby Snyder guided Hendon United to an impressive victory over Norseman in Edmonton.

Avidan Weisz opened the scoring with a powerful long-range strike into the top corner on the stroke of half-time.

Goalkeeper Eytan Schwartz played outfield in the second half and he added his name to the score-sheet. Snyder dominated the remainder of the contest, running the Norseman defence ragged and finding the net three times.

Hendon manager Yoni Weisz said: “Norseman’s goalkeeper worked really hard to keep the score down.

“It’s been a good season so far and the boys have improved over time. They have played together for five years and are a pleasure to watch.”
