ATHLETICS Eden Davis, 19, opened his outdoor season with a victory at the Southern League in Harrow. Herts Phoenix sprinter Davis, who is a Maccabiah double gold-medallist, won the 200m in 21.9. Lia Radus, 16, recorded 10:22.13 for 3,000m at the Watford Open Graded Meeting.

GOLF Greg Hurley (below), now playing to a plus-two handicap, won the Herts Schools Rosebowl competition. He also finished 11th out of more than 70 boys, aged under 18, at the Peter McEvoy Trophy at Copt
