WHAT TOM ATE THIS WEEK
Cooked a dinner with the great Giorgio Locatelli, for the very generous Lohrs, who bought us in a charity auction. Well, Giorgio did most of the work, leaving me to arrange the fish for the ceviche, and grate black truffle over beef cheek.
Dinner at Riva in Barnes, still one of my favourite restaurants in London. Wonderful grilled langoustines, then stracci amatriciana.
Back on the / . Lots of prawns with chilli sauce, then Daylesford chicken broth. And a couple of strawberry Mr Freezes.
Missed lunch for some reason, then a lamb shish kebab from Naima on Uxbridge Road on the way home from office.
