Invitation to mayhem

I was saddened to read last week about how High Court judges failed to deport a Polish criminal who was convicted here of violent assault because that would deprive him of his human rights.

The judges said that this paranoid schizophrenic would receive better treatment here than would be provided in Poland. Is this an invitation to all mentally disturbed people to come to Britain to commit crimes in order to receive better treatment? Christine Knapton, Tyne and Wear
