THE Mail on Sunday’s pollsters were the most accurate of the Election.

Survation produced the only result before polling day that showed the Tories just a point ahead of Labour. Last week it also captured the public mood with the majority saying they wanted Theresa May to quit in favour of Boris Johnson.

Survation chief Damian Lyons Lowe said its survey samples captured the entire population, rather than guessing who would turn out.
