KIERNAN PROVES A CLASS APART
SITT’BOURNE 2 HASTINGS UTD 4
SECOND-HALF substitute Kiernan Hughes-Mason won it with two sublime strikes as Hastings fought back after twice going a goal down.
Sittingbourne took an early lead through Connor Wilkins, having also scored his team’s goal in the 1-1 draw at Hastings.
Top scorer Frannie Collin, who also scored the Hastings equaliser in that game, levelled.
The Brickies deservedly regained the lead early in the second half when Tom Carlse cleverly picked his spot, but again Hastings responded, Harry Stannard tucking home.
Then up stepped Hughes-Mason, curling a shot into the far corner and then lobbing the advancing keeper to complete a threegoal burst in 16 minutes.
