MARLOW 1 EGHAM TOWN 2
A DISAPPOINTING firsthalf performance saw Marlow go two goals down just before the interval and they never recovered.
Chris Moore’s near-post header had given the visitors the lead in the 21st minute.
And their advantage was doubled soon after when a Jordan Berry screamer nestled into the back of the net.
A penalty from Chris Ovenden in added time gave the hosts hope of retrieving the situation.
But a bright start in the second period soon fizzled out with the visitors looking the more likely to add to their tally.
Marlow’s woe was increased with Jordan Brown receiving two yellow cards midway through the second half as they ended the game with ten men.
