FOLKESTONE Invicta came through their tie against fel­low Bostik Pre­mier club Tooting & Mitcham thanks to a first half Ed­die Dines own goal and sec­ond half goals from Finn O’Mara and Ade Yusuff.

The home side went ahead when a sixth minute Scott Heard cor­ner from the right-hand side went in off Tooting’s Dines.

It was 2-0 in the 47th minute af­ter another Heard cor­ner which goal­keeper Joe Tup­per flapped at and O’Mara headed in.

Sub­sti­tute Yusuff made it 3-0 in the 60th minute when he re­ceived the ball from Heard and fired home.

Tooting pulled a goal back in the 73rd minute when the ball broke for Omar Folkes who thumped it into the net, though it wasn’t enough.
