AFC SUDBURY 3 CHIPSTEAD 0

The Non-League Football Paper - - FA CUP SECOND ROUND QUALIFYING - By Kalvin Sargeant

CARETAKER boss Danny Laws helped AFC Sudbury cruise into the next round of the FA Cup following the sacking of management duo Jamie Godbold and Andy Reynolds.

Adam Mills’ cross from the left was sweetly turned into the bottom corner by Sam Clarke to give Sudbury an early lead.

Just three minutes into the second half AFC doubled their lead when Mills sent a spectacular long range effort looping over Oliver Pain in the Chipstead goal from fully 35 yards.

Tevan Allen had a goal ruled out for offside on 67 minutes before three minutes from time he sealed the win when he collected a Joe Claridge pass before firing low into the net from the edge of the area.
