BRADFORD PARK AVENUE and Kidderminster Harriers had to settle for a point each in a draw at the Horsfall Stadium.

Avenue, just outside the playoffs, took the lead late in the first half before Emmanuel Sonupe evened things up for Harriers right on half-time.

Kidderminster had begun the brighter of the two as goalkeeper Steven Drench did well to parry a Joe Ironside effort and Sonupe drove a shot wide.

The hosts stole ahead on 37 minutes through a fine charge and delivery from Ryan Toulson that met an expertly-timed run from Adam Nowakowski, who turned the ball back across Harriers keeper Brandon Hall.

The visitors levelled through Sonupe, whose eighth goal this term capped off a strong move that saw Ironside involved.

Elton Ngwatala struck the upright for John Eustace’s men before Ironside crashed a header wide, Adam Boyes then doing likewise for Avenue.

Nowakowski volleyed wide of the target when well placed, before Inronside scooped an effort off target from a corner.

On 93 minutes, Luca Havern headed a Harriers corner over his own crossbar.

STAR MAN: Emmanuel Sonupe (Kidderminster) ENTERTAINMENT: ★★★★★
