LEATHERHEAD grabbed three very much needed points after falling behind to a Harlow side which shipped six goals to Kingstonian on their last visit to Fetcham Grove.

The early stages were disjointed with Leatherhead’s Tom Richards requiring a lengthy period of treatment after suffering a head injury on 11 minutes.

Harlow took the lead on 28 minutes, Nigel Neita finding the net after being set up by good play from Alexander Read.

Leatherhead equalised on 42 minutes, inspired by Jack Midson. He found Richards on the left and timed his run into the penalty box perfectly to head home Richards’ cross.

Twelve minutes after halftime, Leatherhead completed their comeback with another fine goal.

Richards was again heavily involved before Reece Williams-Bowers hit the back of the net.

Harlow nearly levelled again eight minutes later but Tanners’ keeper Zaki Oualah pulled off a great save from Syrus Gordon

The Tanners’ Sammy Moore received some physical treatment from Harlow’s players and on 72 minutes he had to be substituted after what looked like a stamp, although the referee saw nothing.
