THIS match failed to ig­nite but it was Thame United who even­tu­ally went home with all three points.

Egham, on a poor run of form, three points from 21, went be­hind when Lyn­ton Goss latched on to a hope­ful punt for­ward and beat Aaron Bufton in the Sarnies goal after 30 min­utes.

Some­what un­ex­pect­edly Egham lev­elled as their best player, Cal­lum Webb, fired in off a Alex Nolan cross seven min­utes from time. in what looked like be­ing the last goal.

But United snatched a win­ner in in­jury time as Goss’ fine run and an­gled shot sealedthe vic­tory for the vis­it­ing side.
