The Non-League Football Paper - - EVO-STIK NPL NORTH & SOUTH - By Ray Tatton

NEWCASTLE came from behind twice to draw with flying Stocksbridge in an entertaining game.

Steels took the lead on four minutes when Joe Lumsden headed home but were lucky to still have 11 men after keeper David Reay took out Aaron Bott who was going around him.

Aaron Bott equalised after 33 minutes from 18 yards but Stocksbridge went ahead again when Lumsden reacted first to finish off a cross.

But Town equalised five minutes after the break when a deft flick by Bott found Sam Wilson racing in to chip the keeper.

Brodie Litchfield fired just wide for Steels and Will Bailey had an effort held by the keeper, Castle defending the bombardment well.
