YORKSHIRE AMATEURS needed a brace from Ashley Flynn to win at lowly Goole.

They were given a shock by the league strugglers who opened the scoring through Dan Barrett midway through the first half and held the upper hand for an hour.

Bridlingto­n Town stormed to a 5-1 win over Barton Town.

Joe McFadyen hit a third-minute opener and Jake Day wrapped things up in the final minute.

Brad Walker’s early effort handed high-flying Knaresboro­ugh Town a 10 win at Maltby Main while Penistone Church kept up their title push with a resounding 4-0 win at Liversedge which included a Nathan Keightley penalty.

Henry Cook’s penalty on the hour was enough for Bottesford Town to beat Garforth Town and

Handsworth Parramore came from behind to beat Eccleshill Utd 3-2, Bradley Nicholson with the winner five minutes from the end.

Athersley Rec left it until the 88th minute before equalising in their 1-1 draw at Staveley MW while it finished 2-2 at Harrogate RA where Thackley were the visitors.

In the day’s other game, Aaron Moxam bagged a goal in each half as Worksop Town ran out 4-2 winners at Hall Road Rangers.

WESTFIELDS are the new leaders following their impressive 4-0 demolition of fellow high-fliers Sporting Khalsa at the Aspray Arena.

The Herefordsh­ire outfit went goal crazy after the break with two strikes from Craig Jones and others from Jamie Molyneux and Keanu Cooper.

Worcester City saw off former leaders Ilkeston Town 3-0 at the Victoria Ground.

The home side made the perfect start through James Baldwin on ten minutes and added second half goals from Matt Birley and Jordan Harrison.

There was no shortage of goals elsewhere as well with Shepshed Dynamo romping to a 5-1 win at Dunkirk where there were doubles from Celson Petrocinio and Matt Melbourne.

A Ryan Harkin hat-trick helped Coventry Sphinx to a 5-2 victory over Long Eaton United.

Jordan Nadat hit both goals as Walsall Wood beat Quorn 2-1 with AFC Wulfrunian­s winning at South Normanton by the same scoreline.

Arron Brown hit a stoppage-time equaliser for Highgate United as they drew 1-1 with Wolves SC while Loughborou­gh University and Romulus drew 2-2.

Josh Mayhew’s first-half equaliser from the penalty spot secured a point for the second-placed side.

FIRST DIVISION strugglers Rochester United came from behind to win 3-1 at Punjab United in the only Kent Senior Trophy shock.

Luke Adams gave the Premier Division side a fourth-minute lead, but two Darren Marsden goals and one from Paul Gross gave the visitors the win.

Bearsted had the round’s biggest win, a 6-0 thumping of Kent Football United with six different players finding the net.

Malik Ouani scored twice as promotion chasers Holmesdale won 6-1 at Lewisham Borough.

Division One leaders Welling Town went down 2-1 at home to Guernsey based St Peters.

Raymond Diau scored a hat-trick for Tunbridge Wells as they eased aside AFC Croydon Athletic 3-0.

Tom Barton and Remell Davis bagged two each in Canterbury City’s 4-2 victory at Lydd Town.

Chatham Town won 2-1 at in-form Sheppey United. Tom Fitzgerald and Paul Vines put the Chats two up at half time. Dan Bradshaw pulled one back .

Still without a point in the League, Croydon enjoyed Trophy success as David Owusu’s double overcame fellow strugglers Rusthall 2-1.

In Division One Nathan Simpson’s hat-trick helped Bridon Ropes to a 6-2 win over Forest Hill Park.

BIGGLESWAD­E FC remain leaders by two points after they won 5-1 at Crawley Green.

Biggleswad­e’s 11th win of the season came courtesy of two Tom Coles headers and goals from Justin Leavers, Adam Hunt and Alex Marsh.

Tring Athletic remain second and unbeaten after they beat Edgware Town 2-0. Alex

Campana opened the scoring with an outstandin­g free-kick and Jack Read added the second after the break.

Arlesey Town remain third after they won 1-0 at home to North Greenford United with Lorrell Smith on target.

Potton United made it four straight wins with a 4-1 victory at Cockfoster­s, Aaron Murrell and Jim Burnside among the scorers.

Biggleswad­e United won 2-1 at Stotfold with goals from Kane O’Farell and Joe Hankins. Stotfold remain bottom, without a league win this season.

Wembley remain second-bottom after they lost 3-2 at home to London Colney, who themselves won for only the fourth time this season.

Colney Heath consolidat­ed their place in the top six, late goals from Andy Sears-Black and Greg Shaw earning them a 2-2 draw at home to Leighton Town.

WESTERN LEAGUE

WILLAND ROVERS top the Premier Division again after two second-half goals clinched victory at Wellington. Josh Searle’s well-taken spot-kick put the Devon side ahead and Craig Duff headed home a late second.

The only remaining 100% record was broken at Meadow Lane, where Aaron Anglin’s equaliser midway through the second secured a 1-1 draw for Hallen at Westbury United.

Roman Glass St George produced an incredible second-half comeback at Bridgwater Town, scoring three unanswered goals to draw 4-4 after Jack Taylor’s hat-trick had put the hosts in control at the interval.

Leighton Thomas struck a hat trick for Bridport in their 3-1 win at home to Hengrove Athletic, while at The Ridings, George Box’s winner helped Chipping Sodbury Town come from behind to beat Cadbury Heath 3-2.

A debut goal from Charlie Maddison set Bradford Town on their way to a 30 win over Clevedon Town. Buckland Athletic bear Odd Down by the same score at Homers Heath.

Bitton won 4-2 at Shortwood, with leading scorer Ben Bament striking twice after the interval.

A late own goal proved costly for Plymouth Parkway who went down to a 3-2 defeat at home to Brislingto­n, while Shepton Mallet beat Cribbs 2-0.

WESSEX LEAGUE

DAN MUNDAY came off the bench to net a spot-kick winner as Bashley won 2-1 at home to Shaftesbur­y.

Shaftesbur­y went ahead before Liam Farrugia drew the hosts level on 61 minutes before Munday’s late penalty heroics.

Hamworthy United were beaten 2-1 at home by Andover New Street.

New Street raced into a two-goal lead. And although the Hammers scored a consolatio­n goal, New Street held on doggedly for a hard-earned three points.

Dan Mason and Alex Sawyer scored a goal apiece for Sholing as the Boatmen were 2-0 winners over Lymington Town.

Hamble Club ran out 4-0 victors at home to Fareham Town.

A Steve Flynn hat-trick helped fire Bournemout­h Poppies to a 4-1 win at home against Tadley Calleva.

MIDWEEK LEADERS Hullbridge Sports are back in second after losing 2-1 at improving Stanway Rovers.

Toby Blanche scored twice in the first ten minutes and Hullbridge’s only response came from Nathan Scarboroug­h just before half time.

Connor Hammond’s quickfire second-half double helped Stansted go top again with a 5-0 win over Leyton Athletic. Callum Ibe and Paul Clayton and Jack West scored the other goals.

James Peagram and Craig Pope gave third-placed Walthamsto­w a 2-0 win at Southend Manor. And Saffron Walden won 2-1 at Woodford Town, Dan Trendall with the winner just before half-time.

On Friday night Sporting Bengal United came from two-down to beat Clapton 4-2.

Eusebio Da Silva and Jeffrey Cobblah put the Ton in charge. But Jay Knight’s double and Jason Nganadu and Steven Carvel’s late goals fashioned the comeback.

St Margaretsb­ury won 2-1 at Redbridge. Charlie Cole’s very late double gave Takeley a 2-0 win at Ilford. Hoddeston Town and Barkingsid­e shared the goals of a 1-1 draw in the first ten minutes.

Isune Ogedi-Uzokwe scored an 89th minute equaliser for West Essex in a 2-2 draw with Tower Hamlets.

LEADERS Chertsey Town suffered a shock 4-1 defeat to lowly Walton and Hersham.

CB Hounslow United trounced Abbey Rangers 6-1 after coming from behind. There were two goals for Jack Watts and Lewis Wood and one for Kai Hamilton and Jason Nwachukwu.

Joe Cheeseman and Kailan North gave high-riding Banstead Athletic a 21 win at Knaphill.

Colliers Wood United took an early lead through Michael Fahm at AFC Hayes, eventually won 4-1 with two goals from Victor Montes and one from Ronnel Dennis and Lusungo Ndovi.

Jamie Hoppitt, Marcus Cousins and Conor Moody found the Southall net in Camberley Town’s 3-1 home victory.

Sutton Common Rovers beat Hanworth Villa, Callum Maclean, Josh Uzun and Guy Baskervill­e the scorers.

Redhill ended their six-game losing streak with a 2-1 victory over nine-man Cobham.

BRACKLEY Town Saints are four points clear after a 3-1 win at Royal Wootton Bassett Town.

Alex Stott, manager’s son Charlie Kille and James Hammond scored for Brackley. TJ Bohane responded with a penalty.

Second-placed Ascot United, were held 2-2 at Shrivenham.

Jordan Sheen bagged his first goal for Lydney Town in their 2-0 home win over Flackwell Heath, with Lewis Thompson hitting the other.

Virginia Water won 2-1 at Holmer Green, Josh Guichard and Jake Baker the scorers.

In the Bluefin Sports Challenge Cup, Abingdon United beat Tuffley Rovers 4-1. Tom Butler, twice, and Nathan Baker added to Callum Harvey’s goal after 25 seconds. The visitors, who replied through Kieran Alder, also had two penalties saved.

Brimscombe & Thrupp led Abingdon Town 7-0 when the game was abandoned after 35 minutes, with Abingdon not having enough players.

Fairford Town lost 2-0 to Division One East AFC Aldermasto­n, who scored through Josh Blackwood and Phil John before two players saw red.

Second-placed Black Country Rangers only drew 2-2 at Wellington.

Wolves Casuals are third after a 3-0 win at Hereford Lads Club, Scott Sandland, Kane Cork and Keiron Miller the scorers.

Shifnal Town ended a five-match losing run with a stunning 7-2 success at Dudley Sports. Sam Wilde hit a hattrick, Lewis McKenzie struck twice and Jordan Bailey and Ryan Bright completed the scoring.

Haughmond’s game against Shawbury United was postponed as Shawbury couldn’t field a team for the second week running.

SELSTON came from behind to thump Rainworth 4-1. Ben Moore started the comeback with a brilliant free-kick. Kyle Hempshall, Grant Hackett and Kieron Hinchley secured victory for the league leaders.

Heanor thumped Graham Street 40. Dan Chatfield, Jamie Sleigh, Kyle Daley and Oliver Pratt were on the spot, with Sleigh scoring from the spot.

James Rushby hit two including a penalty in Belper’s 3-1 victory at Ingles. Ben Gowing got the third with Kyle Fowkes on target for Ingles.

Liam Theakstone’s penalty overcame Clipstone for secured second-placed Sherwood.

Anthony Marriott scored two as Barrow won 2-0 at Borrowash Victoria Rory Smith and Jack Allen gave Eastwood a 2-1 win at Arnold.

CULLOMPTON Rangers nearly suffered an upset in the last-32 of the Walter C Pearson League Cup.

Cullompton beat East Division St Martins, but only after winning a penalty shoot-out 8-7.

Saltash United had yesterday’s biggest win, 8-1 at lower division Bere Alston United.

Bodmin Town were also convincing winners, 4-1 at Waldon Athletic.

Elburton Villa beat Torpoint Athletic 4-2, St Austell won 6-2 at Godolphin Athletic and Ivybridge Town eased past Camelford 4-0 in three all-Premier Division ties.

On Friday night, holders Falmouth Town beat Helston Athletic 3-2, having been two goals behind at one stage.
