Wood you believe this stockpile?
SPECULATION over a pile of wood at Dunbeg is believed to be just a ‘natural cycle of harvesting’, says a local councillor.
Rumours were rife among residents that the wall of timber signalled the buidling of a hotel, houses or supermarket in Dunbeg.
But councillor Iain MacLean said the wood was just part of harvesting work on the hillside across from Dunbeg.
Argyll and Bute council has approved plans for a roundabout in Dunbeg, but it is not in the same area as the stockpile of wood.
