OBAN Sea Cadets is look­ing for a new cap­tain and in­struc­tors to help keep the unit afloat.

The sea cadets, now known as TS PHAROS, was born in 2005 out of the ashes of an ear­lier unit and was for­mally in­cor­po­rated into The Sea Cadet Corps in March 2007. Since that time there has been a steady stream of young men and women en­joy­ing and ben­e­fit­ing from the op­por­tu­ni­ties of­fered by the group.

The sea cadets learn new skills, prac­tise team work, build­ing per­sonal de­vel­op­ment in peo­ple’s lives.
