THE DEDICATION of two long-serving members of Plockton Community Council was recognised when they stepped down last week.
Chairman Charlie MacRae retired from his duties at the final meeting in Plockton hall on October 27, after 40 years on the council, including 26 at the top of the table.
Gill James, who served as secretary and treasurer for 24 years, will also step down.
