The 12-year- old business was recognised for what judges called ‘strong and clear focus, objectives and implementation’ and staying true to values.

Anja Baak, the charcuterie’s marketing and sales manager, said: ‘We are immensely proud and honoured to receive this award. We are a small team and do our marketing in house on a small budget. We have been learning along the way and to be recognised by the Highlands and Islands Food and Drink Awards is a huge pat on the back for us.’
