Warm welcome for everyone at Poppies’ annual ladies night in
POPPIES Garden Centre was the centre of attention last Thursday, when an abundance of women descended on to the establishment for the annual Ladies Night In.
‘It’s nice to give something back. We didn’t start until 6.30pm, but at 6.15pm, someone came in and said the car park was full.’
Marion also had a number of tables set up around the room selling a variety of mirrors, utensils, candles, soaps and more.
She continued: ‘I’ve travelled far and wide for my stock. I go to shows all over the place and even go as far as Germany.
‘I try to buy Fairtrade items and be as ethical as I can be and I also use local products whenever possible.’
