Fort William welcomes cruise liner
MORE than 1,000 people arrived in Fort William when a 30,000 tonne cruise ship stopped off in the town.
‘Adonia’ docked at the edge of Loch Linnhe as part of a 13- day tour of the British isles. The vessel brought more than 800 people and almost 400 crew members to Lochaber last Thursday (August 13).
Highland councillor and Lochaber area leader Thomas MacLennan welcomed the visit.
