A NEW Minister for Duncansburgh MacIntosh and Kilmonivaig Presbyterian churches has been appointed after a three year wait.
The parish has been without a minister since the retiral of Reverend Donald MacQuarrie in January 2012.
Reverend Richard Barker was the sole nominee. He preached to the congregations on Sunday (January 17) and the vote went in his favour, with 145 votes for and three against. He will take up his role in the spring.
