SENSHI Do Kickboxing’s women- only sessions on Sundays at 2pm, taken by Sharon Dickison 1st dan and winner of the Most Spirited Fighter trophy at the 2013 IKKU Scottish Open full contact tournament, is open to beginners of all ages from high school to rest home.
Don’t be put off by some of the team jogging at the start of the sessions – this is purely through choice and you don’t have to join them if you don’t want to. Come along and give it a go, hitting and kicking the pads along with the movement and self- defence is great for stress relief and toning up the muscles. First session is free so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
For more details, contact Sharon on 07508 726334.
