Well done to ACHA

Sir, I would like to take the opportunity to thank Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) for its efforts in tidying up the wall on Dunollie Road.

The removal of vegetation and old wire, combined with the straightening and painting of fence posts, means it looks a huge amount tidier.

This might not appear much, but it does improve the first impression that people arriving from the north receive.

By doing this and lots of other small things, the general appearance of Oban will improve greatly. Once again thanks to ACHA and its team for their efforts.
