Hal­lowe’en fun and smiles

There was a feast of Hal­lowe’en fun across Lochaber last week as pupils, par­ents and staff got into the spirit of the oc­ca­sion. Among those dress­ing up for their spe­cial disco were Andzelina, Miley and Caitlin, pri­mary three pupils at Lun­davra Pri­mary School.

THERE was some­thing spooky in the air at schools in Lochaber as chil­dren and adults soaked up the Hal­lowe’en spirit.

With pump­kins, pa­rades and par­ties, young­sters were trans­formed into mon­sters, skele­tons, car­toon char­ac­ters and su­per­heroes.

Lun­davra, In­ver­lochy and Banavie pri­mary schools held dis­cos last Thurs­day (Oc­to­ber 27), In­ver­lochy Pri­mary en­joyed a cos­tume pa­rade on Fri­day, the Gaelic School got into cos­tume on Mon­day and a joint disco took place at the new Caol Cam­pus for Caol Pri­mary and St Columba’s pupils.
