A PARKED car was struck by a moving vehicle on Saturday October 22 in the car park outside Sammy’s fish and chip shop in Caol. Police are appealing for information about the vehicle which struck the parked car.
THE jet wash and vacuum at Onich filling station have been damaged and money has been stolen. Police believe the incident happened between 9.30pm on Sunday October 30 and 9.30am on Monday October 31.
TWO Fort William shops were robbed last month. Two men stole items from Semi Chem and Boots on Fort William High Street on Monday October 31. The first male is described as being in his ‘late twenties to early thirties, thin with sharp facial features, brown hair, wearing a navy jacket and jeans and carrying a rucksack’. Police say the second male ‘is in his fifties with black hair, wearing a black jacket, black jogging trousers with a luminous yellow/green tammy hat’. The men were last seen near Tesco Metro, High Street, Fort William.
COPPER piping was stolen from the Nevis Range hydro project between 6pm on Friday October 28 and 4pm on Monday October 31.
YOUTHS have been seen entering the old Lochyside RC Primary School building. Police are looking to identify the group, who were seen at the premises on Monday October 31 at 7.45pm, to ‘provide safety advice regarding entering a disused building’.
THERE was a break- in at Letterfinlay Food last month. Items were stolen from the company’s outside shed at Annat Industrial Estate between 5pm on Monday October 31 and 7am on Tuesday November 1. Police are appealing for information.
TWO vehicles, which were parked in a car park at Moray Place, sustained damaged between Friday October 28 and Monday October 31. Police would like to hear from anyone who may have information on how the damage was caused.
ON THE evening of Sunday October 30, two vehicles in the Moorings Hotel car park, Banavie, were damaged. A Subaru Forrester and a Volkswagen Scirocco sustained damage caused by an unknown vehicle.
