BT West Division One Oban Lorne v Annan

OBAN Lorne are back in action after the festive break on Saturday January 7 when they take on Annan RFC in West Division 1.

The Green Machine will be hoping to get a winning start to 2017 after a disappointing first half of the season that has left the team sitting second bottom of the league.

With a number of players due to return from injury, coach Corrie Louw should have a strong squad available against Annan who beat Oban 10- 0 in the reverse fixture earlier in the season.

The game against Annan is the first of two crucial home games to kick off 2017 with bottom-placed Helensburgh visiting Glencruitten on Saturday January 14.

Two home wins are essential if Oban Lorne have any aspirations of moving away from the relegation zone.

Kick- off this Saturday is at 2pm.

BT West Division 4 Hyndland v Argyll and Bute

Argyll and Bute travel to Scotstoun Stadium, the home of Glasgow Warriors this Saturday to take on struggling Hyndland RFC. Kick- off is scheduled for 2pm.
