LOCHABER band FRAS will play Caol Com­mu­nity Cen­tre on Satur­day Fe­bru­ary 25.

Com­prised of An­gus Bin­nie from Cor­pach on pipes and whis­tles, Murdo Cameron from Glenelg on gui­tar, Tam ‘the banjo’ Kin­sella from Ari­saig, Kirsten MacLeod from Acharachle on ac­cor­dion and Colin Master­ton from Ballachulish on flutes and whis­tles, the band prom­ises a ‘brac­ing shower of melodies and a down­pour of thun­der­ing rhythm’. Or­gan­is­ers Creel Events, a non-for-profit com­mu­nity group bring­ing en­ter­tain­ment to small venues in and around Kil­mallie, is of­fer­ing a £1 re­bate for any­one who walks or cy­cles to the gig.
