Skye chef in the mix for Bake Off
A SKYE chef is one of four people thought to be in the running to be Paul Hollywood's co-host in the next series of Great British Bake Off.
Lady Claire MacDonald, 69, who runs KInloch Lodge on the island with her husband Godfrey, has been spotted at a studio in London, where it is believed audience tests are taking place for the show, which has been taken over by Channel 4. Irish chef and baker Rachel Allan, Yorkshire cook Frances Atkins and TV chef Michel Roux Junior were also spotted at the London studio.
Lady MacDonald and her family declined to comment when contacted by The Oban Times.
