Em­ploy­ing over 480 peo­ple in Scot­land our Aqua­cul­ture op­er­a­tions range across 60 sites in Ar­gyll, the Western High­lands and the He­brides. We are en­gaged in all stages of the value chain from brood­stock devel­op­ment and smolt pro­duc­tion through fresh­wa­ter and marine farm­ing to har­vest­ing, pro­cess­ing, sales, mar­ket­ing, HR and IT. We are for­tu­nate to have highly skilled staff who are pas­sion­ate about their work and are proud of the de­li­cious and nu­tri­tious fresh salmon we pro­duce. We are ded­i­cated to de­liv­er­ing the high­est stan­dards in all ar­eas of our busi­ness. We pioneer best prac­tice in many as­pects of Aqua­cul­ture from an­i­mal hus­bandry and en­vi­ron­men­tal re­search to cus­tomer ser­vice and brand devel­op­ment. We sup­ply some of the world’s most dis­cern­ing chefs, restau­ra­teurs, smok­ers and high end re­tail­ers both in the UK and in­ter­na­tion­ally. In 2016 we were named Ex­porter of the Year at the Made In Scot­land Awards and in 2015 we were named Busi­ness of the Year and Ex­porter of the Year at the Scot­land Food & Drink Ex­cel­lence Awards.
